How much can I claim?

You can claim back all the money paid for the product plus interest.

Will you need my statements?

No, as we will write to the financial institution under the Data Protection Act asking them for the information that we require to take the claim forward. We will need a copy of the Loan Agreement, if available and applicable.

How long will the claim take?

Each reclaim varies dependent on the financial institution involved. The typical response should come within 8 weeks. If it is necessary to refer the claim to the Financial Ombudsman Service then it could take several months longer.

How much does your service cost?

We take a payment when settlement from the claim has been received. The fee that will be taken is 10% of the refund obtained with no VAT payable.

What happens next?

Once we receive your written authorisation to the financial institution to act for you we will start the ppi claim and keep you updated by way of email so that you can reclaim your money as quickly as possible.

What if the financial institution won't give me my money back?

Then we will take the claim to the Office of the Financial Ombudsman.

Will the financial institution ring or contact me?

They shouldn't do, as you will have given us authority to act on your behalf. If they do send you any letters then you should forward them to us so we can take the claim forward.

How do I know my information is safe with your consultancy?
